We offer a full refund if you're unhappy with the service. Just contact support and we'll process your refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We don't cut you off. You'll be charged overage fees at the rates shown for your plan. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, or immediately for upgrades.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Contact us at sales@epochproxy.cloud for annual pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Yes! EpochProxy is fully self-hosted. All plans include the ability to run on your own infrastructure. We provide Docker images and deployment guides.
