By accessing or using EpochProxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EpochProxy provides a secure remote access platform that enables terminal access to infrastructure without exposed inbound ports. The Service includes the EpochProxy API, relay servers, agent software, and CLI tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Violate the rights of others

5. Self-Hosted Deployments

Self-hosted deployments are provided "as-is." You are responsible for the security, maintenance, and operation of your self-hosted infrastructure.

6. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPOCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
